• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please contact MWP Studio via the contact form before returning an item to receive the return address.

• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring the sculpture is returned in its original condition.

• It's recommend to use a tracked and insured service, as MWP Studio cannot refund lost or damaged returns.

• In such cases, you'll need to file a claim with the courier.

• Once the item is returned in good condition, you can expect a full refund within 2-7 business days.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

• You can cancel your order at anytime after placing it providing it hasn't already been dispatched.

You can pay using any of the following payment methods at checkout. Now also accepting payments with Klarna so you can easily pay in 3 with no interest!

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Your order will typically be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days with Royal Mail or UPS.

• While delays are rare, MWP Studio is not responsible for any courier or customs-related delays.
  

Customs Charges/Fees:

• It is the customers responsibility to check for and pay any applicable customs fees or taxes upon your package's arrival.
  

Order Confirmation/Tracking:

• Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed 1 - 3 business days later by a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

• You can find your tracking number on the dispatch confirmation email or in your account if you have one.

• Messages are monitored 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

• Please allow up to 24hrs for a reply, this may take longer during busy periods.

• Messages are not monitored on weekends or public holidays - You won't receive a reply during these periods until the next business day.

• Your personal information (name, address, email, telephone number) is strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold to third parties, except as necessary to complete your order.

• Only MWP Studio, the courier, delivery agents, and any customs personnel involved in shipping your parcel will have access to your details.

• As required by UK law, MWP Studio must submit a tax return annually and retain order records for the past 6 years.

• Once these records are no longer needed, they will be permanently deleted.

• Your details are securely stored and will only be accessed by MWP Studio, an accountant or HMRC if required.
